Questions
Who do you contact?
Landlords, property investors and the businesses around them in your patch, such as developers, block managers and relocation firms. We agree the profile with you before we start. We email companies (Ltd, LLP and PLC). Sole traders and private individuals are never cold-emailed; if they're a fit, we write to them or call after checking the Telephone Preference Service.
What counts as a booked conversation?
A call or meeting in your diary with a landlord, investor or vendor who matches the profile we agreed with you, and who has said yes to talking to you about their property.
Does it go from my email?
No. We send from separate inboxes set up for your campaign, in your agency's name, and warm them up before we start. Your own email domain and its reputation are never touched. We handle the replies and put interested people straight into your diary.
Is it compliant?
Yes. We follow UK GDPR and PECR. Business emails go to companies under legitimate interest. Every email says who it's from, gives a postal address and lets the reader opt out by replying "no". Anyone who opts out is never contacted again. Our privacy notice explains the details.
How soon does it start?
Set-up takes about two weeks: we agree your patch, build the list and warm up the sending inboxes. Outreach starts straight after, and conversations are booked into your diary as people reply.
